Hi, welcome, I'm Chloe

I'm a certified personal trainer, pre and postnatal exercise specialist, and mum to a very active little boy!

My fitness journey started at a young age when I discovered my love of running. However, due to the lack of diversity and insufficient fuelling in my early training, I faced lots of challenges such as niggles, low energy, and I was constantly feeling run down. ​Turning to the fitness industry,  I learned to properly care for my body, and as a result, I now feel fitter, healthier, and stronger than ever! 
 
​​With over 10 years of experience in health and fitness, I have helped countless women transform their lives through exercise and feel their best. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and instead, I work closely with my clients to find a path that suits them.

  • Expertise in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, guiding you to exercise safely through each trimester and aiding in the postnatal recovery of fitness and strength. The benefits of exercising during these stages are enormous!

  • A tailored workout schedule designed to find a path that works for you, helping you reach and sustain your goals.

  • Nutritional guidance, where we will assess your daily diet and find ways to enhance your energy, nutrient intake, and fuelling both before and after exercise.
