About Me
My love of health and fitness started over 20 years ago. Having struggled with my own health, I became interested in nutrition and later studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, wanting to find more holistic ways to help my body perform at its best.
Around the same time, I got into running and resistance training and quickly realised how good nutrition, movement, and simple daily habits work together to support overall wellbeing. I had more energy, fewer running niggles, and saw a huge improvement in my overall health. I wanted to help others feel the same, so I became a personal trainer.
Becoming a mum showed me how tricky it can be to juggle everything and still prioritise your own health. Since then, I have gained additional qualifications and extensive experience supporting women through different stages of life, helping them improve their health, build confidence, and achieve their fitness goals.
It’s Time for YOU
Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, expecting a baby, postpartum, or navigating perimenopause or menopause, looking after your health is so important.
For many of us, eating well and moving our bodies slips to the bottom of the to-do list. It might feel manageable for a while, but over time it can leave us feeling tired, overwhelmed, and dealing with health issues that could potentially be prevented. We often wait for the perfect time to start, but the truth is, life isn't going anywhere. The key is finding balance within the chaos.
With all of my clients, I focus on simple daily habits and routines that fit into busy lives, making it easier to prioritise health and fitness in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
