About Me

My love of health and fitness started 20 years ago when I studied nutrition at CNM. Having struggled with my own health, I wanted to find more holistic ways to help my body perform at its best. Around the same time, I got into running and resistance training and quickly realised how good nutrition, movement, and simple daily habits all work together to support overall wellbeing. I had more energy, fewer running niggles, and saw a huge boost in my overall health. I really wanted to help others feel the same, so I became a PT.

Becoming a mum showed me how tricky it can be to juggle everything, wear all the hats, and still prioritise your own health - especially when life is unpredictable and hormones are all over the place! I have since gained additional qualifications and a wealth of knowledge supporting women through different seasons of life, helping them improve their wellness and reach their fitness goals.

It’s Time for YOU

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, expecting a baby, navigating the postpartum haze, or going through perimenopause or menopause, looking after your health isn’t just helpful - it’s genuinely so important.

For many of us, eating well and moving our bodies slips to the bottom of the to-do list. It might feel okay for a while, but over time it can leave us tired, overwhelmed, and dealing with avoidable health issues. We often wait for the perfect time to start - but the truth is, life isn’t going anywhere. The key is finding balance within the chaos!

With all my clients, I focus on simple daily habits and routines that actually fit into busy lives, making prioritising health and fitness doable and sustainable.
