Personal Training (St Neots)

1:1 & 1:2 (bring a friend) sessions weekly or bi-weekly.

In-person training is a great option for clients who want hands-on support with exercises and form. 

What’s Included:

  • 1-hour sessions in a fully equipped private gym

  • Tailored training plans built around your goals, ability and experience

  • Personalised nutrition guidance, including a diet review and goal setting

  • Fitness testing (optional)

  • Suitable for all fitness levels and goals

 

Pricing:

  • 1:1 Session - £45 per hour
    Block of 10: £400

  • 1:2 Session - £70 per hour (shared between two people)

       Block of 10: £620​​

All clients complete a health screening before working with me to ensure there are no contraindications to exercise. This is standard practice across the industry and is paramount for safety.
