Nutrition guidance, including diet review and habit-focussed goal setting
Optional fitness assessments
Suitable for all fitness levels
All clients complete a health screening before starting coaching to ensure it is safe and appropriate for them to exercise. This is standard practice and helps me tailor support safely and effectively.
